Introduction
Applatchkids (“we” “our”, or “us”) is a product of a technology company called Applatch with the mission of providing device management of Child’s device by parents(“users”, “your” or “you”) by facilitating on your behalf, content and website filtration, denying application installation and limitation/restriction of your child’s long usage of on other mobile applications. . To achieve this, we provide you with access to a technology that manages the device of the kid, blocks adult content and keyword, alerts parents to sensitive messages, denies application download and allows Children’s access to educational quiz (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, or otherwise assenting to this Privacy Notice (“Notice”), you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Notice and our Terms of Use. We require parental consent to collect and process personal information of children from 12 years and below in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act 1998 (revised 2013). - You can request to access the personal information collected and request to delete or change the personal information of your child.
- You may control our mobile application’s access to you and your child’s device information through the settings app on your device. For instance, you can withdraw permission for our mobile application to access some of the applications on your child’s phone.
- You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us, by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link provided in such emails. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of service related communications such as changes to features of our Services, technical and security notices;
